At Happy Horse 1.0, we strive to provide the best experience possible. This Refund Policy explains our refund eligibility, process, and limitations. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this 3-day window, we are unable to process refunds under any circumstances.

Credit Usage Limit

Your account must not have used more than 30 credits since purchase. Accounts that have consumed more than 30 credits are not eligible for refunds, regardless of purchase date or other circumstances.

No Prior Refunds

You must not have received a refund from Happy Horse 1.0 in the past 12 months. Users who have already received a refund may not request additional refunds within this period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Purchases made more than 3 days ago
  • Accounts that have used more than 30 credits
  • Dissatisfaction with generated video quality or results
  • Change of mind after consuming credits
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional, discounted, or gift subscriptions (unless required by law)

How to Request a Refund

Every refund is processed manually via email. If you meet ALL eligibility criteria listed above, follow these steps:

Email our support team at happyhorse-pub-support@gushanai.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

Provide Required Information

Include: (a) your account email address; (b) order number or transaction ID; (c) purchase date; (d) current credit usage; (e) brief reason for the refund request.

Submit Within 3 Days

Ensure your email is sent within 3 calendar days of purchase to remain eligible. Late requests will be automatically denied.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • Our team will review your eligibility within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation of approval or denial
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Upon refund approval, your account will be deactivated and all remaining credits forfeited

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service outages. Partial refunds are calculated based on unused credits and are issued at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to collections. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
